Payments Accepted
Paying for your dental treatment couldn’t be easier here at Greenridge Dentistry. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover, as well as cash or checks.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and strive to provide the best possible care to all our patients. To ensure we can serve everyone effectively, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.
For scheduled appointments over 1 hour, a $100 fee will be applied.
This policy helps us maintain an efficient schedule, ensures that appointment times can be offered to other patients who may be waiting for care, and values our staff members’ time and work.
We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we’ll always do our best to work with you. If you have concerns about making your appointment, please call us as soon as possible so we can find a solution together.
2025 Holiday Cancellation Policy:
We know the holidays are a hectic time for everyone! To ensure we can continue serving you and your family during this busy season, we’re staying open with limited availability.
Because holiday appointment slots are especially valuable, we’ve established the following cancellation deadlines:
For appointments on December 22 or 23: Please cancel or reschedule by 2:00 PM on December 18
For appointments on December 29 or 30: Please cancel or reschedule by 7:00 PM on December 23
Cancellations or changes made after these deadlines will incur a $100 fee. This helps us keep our schedule full and ensure other patients can access care during this limited-availability period.
Of course, you’re always welcome to reschedule before these deadlines at no charge. Just give us a call!

Financial Agreement
All of our patients are required to complete our Financial Agreement prior to their first appointment. This contract acknowledges that the patient will fulfill any necessary payments owed to Greenridge Dentistry for amounts not covered by your insurance provider.
