Policies and Limitations

• This is a savings plan exclusively with Greenridge Dentistry. THIS IS NOT DENTAL INSURANCE.
• Eligible patients must not have dental insurance. The Dental Savings Plan cannot be combined with an insurance policy.
• Plans start the day of purchase and are valid for one year. Payment in full is due prior to the start of services.
• Refunds are permitted within 30 days of purchase, if benefits have not been used.
• Benefits are non-transferable and do not roll over. All included procedures must be scheduled and completed within one year of purchase.
• Discounts and included procedures cannot be retroactively applied.
• Plan members must confirm renewal of the Savings Plan to opt into another year of coverage. Failure to renew will result in loss of dental plan benefits. If the patient has been a part of the in-house Discount Plan previously, they are eligible to have the Registration Fee waived regardless of time lapsed.
• Referrals to outside offices are not eligible for the plan’s discount. Benefits apply only to services at Greenridge Dentistry.
• Should there be dental treatment needed following any type of injury where a lawsuit, and therefore outside medical, care, disability, or workers comp type insurances are involved, this discount plan cannot be used.
• Broken appointments still incur a fee. The savings plan discount does not apply.
• Discount may not apply to certain procedures. Subject to change at the discretion of Greenridge Dentistry.
• Rates may change at discretion of Greenridge Dentistry.
